LY CHANH VAN
Chanh Van (Vaness) Ly, a third-generation Chinese artist, was born in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, in 1979. Growing up amid the serene sounds of the riverside and the vivid hues of the Ky Long Art Gallery garden, Vaness cultivated her passion for art from an early age.
Vaness’s profound reverence for nature and life inspires her to encapsulate moments, memories, and imaginings on canvas. Her paintings evoke the fleeting hues of dawn and the harmonious convergence of sky and sea, offering viewers a transcendent escape.
She is a member of several esteemed artistic associations, including the Ho Chi Minh City Fine Arts Associations, Ho Chi Minh City District 5 Fine Arts Club, International Women Artists Association, Ho Chi Minh City District 5 Photography Club, and the Chinese Brush Art Association of Canada.
